Birding Uganda is a collaborative initiative between the key bird watching and tourism organizations in Uganda and is led by the Uganda Tourism Board and supported by USAID’s STAR (Sustainable Tourism in the Albertine Rift) program.
Birding Uganda’s innovative new website program helps showcase Uganda’s stunning attractions including its commitment to conservation as well as the destinations unrivaled birding hot spots. This site provides travel planners, birding groups, and indepdant visitors to Uganda with all the resources necessary to find, plan, and ultimately experience various birding tours led by local tour operators and community tourism enterprises.
